Membership Options:
We offer two types of membership plans: fixed plans and monthly plans.
Fixed Plans:
- Fixed plans are one-time payment subscriptions that do not auto-renew.
- Members can enjoy the benefits of the fixed plan for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
- Renewal of fixed plans will require an explicit re-subscription.
Monthly Plans:
- Monthly plans are subscription-based services that automatically renew on a monthly basis until explicitly canceled by the member.
- Payment for monthly plans will be automatically deducted from the member's chosen payment method unless the subscription is canceled before the next billing cycle.
Membership Pricing:
- Bronze: 24€ each 14 days.
- Silver: 35€ each 14 days.
- Gold: 44€ each 14 days.
- Platinum: 62€ each 14 days.
How Membership Works
Beautyfragz is an ongoing plan based on the membership type and it costs the amount you choose when signing up per period, you can always find this price under your account information when logged in. Your subscription is deducted each month, until you no longer wish to be a member. This members-only shopping site gives you the lowest prices in Europe on good quality products and FREE shipping on all orders. We reserve the right to prohibit and cancel orders from any account / member.
Accept Subscription Conditions
By giving your consent to the applicable subscription terms on Beautyfragz, you authorize Beautyfragz to periodically withdraw the indicated membership fees, until you choose to terminate your subscription. The price depends on what plan you choose. Thereafter, it costs the amount you choose when signing up per period. As a Beautyfragz member and cardholder, you are required to pay for your membership period and any resulting membership withdrawals, until you cancel your membership and / or membership. Your Beautyfragz membership is automatically renewed so that you always have access to it.
Payment
All transactions on Beautyfragz must be made via credit card payments (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard). All payments and card charges are factored into the price of the product and are regulated there by Beautyfragz. Payment is deducted from your account when ordering on Beautyfragz or when you start your membership. You will not be deducted for an amount greater than that approved at the end of your purchase. All prices are shown including VAT.
Termination Of Membership
You can terminate your membership at any time by clicking "Cancel Membership" at the bottom of the page. You enter your email address and you can easily unsubscribe. The subscription is canceled the same day you unsubscribe. Once your membership is canceled, the money will not be withdrawn from your account unless you choose to reactivate your membership.
Cancellation Rights
The Beautyfragz subscription offers a 7 day cancellation policy. Your cancellation period expires 7 days after entering into an agreement with us. Your subscription takes effect when you place an order on Beautyfragz. Your right of withdrawal is only active from the day you make a transaction on Beautyfragz and not from the start of thr subscription payments. If you want to cancel your subscription, you must let us know at least 1 day before the start of entering into a binding agreement with us. You can let us know by contacting us at Support (we respond within 24 hours on weekdays). In your message, clearly and explicitly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Your Personal Information
When you register with Beautyfragz, your name, address, phone number and email are stored in an electronic customer database which is only accessible to employees of Beautyfragz.
These personal data are recorded so that we can deliver your orders and in accordance with accounting legislation, which stipulates that the material used in the context of transactions must be kept for 5 years after the accounting year for which it is valid. Before your personal information is recorded on Beautyfragz, we make sure that your consent is given and that you know exactly what information is being recorded. Customer information is always encrypted. Beautyfragz is responsible for the data stored on Beautyfragz. The information provided to Beautyfragz is neither transmitted nor sold to third parties.
